HIPAA Tier

Yes — on the HIPAA tier. We sign a BAA and run your agency on a dedicated, single-tenant AWS instance covered by an executed AWS BAA, so you can dispatch with real rider names and addresses legally. Most fleet vendors won't sign a BAA.
What does the HIPAA tier cost, and how is it different?
$750–1,000/month plus a one-time $1,500–3,000 onboarding fee. It adds a signed BAA, dedicated AWS, AES-256/TLS 1.3 encryption, mandatory 2FA, and a 6-year access audit log on top of Enterprise. The $99/$199/$499 tiers are for commercial fleets that don't store rider PHI in Motrix.
